Nadim leads with a robust background in finance, previously serving as an Investment Analyst at Allied Investors. A Columbia University alumnus with a Master of Science in Business Analytics, he is currently a CFA Level 2 candidate, leveraging his expertise to steer the company’s strategic vision.

COO
Alia brings a wealth of experience from her 7-year tenure as Managing Director at Allied Investors. An ESCP graduate with a Master’s in Strategy, she excels in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives that propel the company forward.

With 20 years at the nexus of banking and technology, Nabil currently serves as the CIO of Carrefour Banque. His past roles include CIO of Banque Raiffeisen and CTO of Rakuten Europe Bank. An INSEAD graduate, Nabil’s vast experience enriches our technological advancements.

Jamil, an awarded Microsoft MVP, boasts 10 years in leading enterprise solutions, process automation, and AI. His expertise is showcased in his book, “Solution Architecture with .NET,” making him a cornerstone of our technical strategy.

Victor specializes in collaborative solutions, holding 13 years of expertise in Microsoft technologies. His skills span Office365, .NET, and bespoke client solutions. A recognized Microsoft MVP, Victor is pivotal in developing our software architecture.

Paul, partner at Gide, specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital in the tech sector. He advises on funding rounds and complex deals and contributes to the Gide Venture legal platform. Paul holds Master’s degrees in Law from Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne and King’s College London, and in Business Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
